Most drinks agencies work the same way - large portfolio, direct invoicing, chase as many sales as possible wherever they can find them. It's volume over everything, and the brands and venues caught in the middle often feel it.
We do things differently.
When you work with Wedge, you're working with an extension of the brand itself. Invoices come directly from the brewery or brand — not from us. Prices are exactly the same whether you order through Wedge or go direct. There's no middleman markup, no conflicting interests, no awkward layers. Just one team, one goal, and a genuine effort to grow the right way.
We bring over twenty years of experience across marketing strategy, hospitality, brand development, venue partnerships and logistics — which means the brands we work with get a lot more than someone knocking on doors.

Batch Brewing — Marrickville, NSW A genuine Inner West original. Batch have been quietly making some of Sydney's best craft beer for over thirteen years. High quality, consistently interesting, and a new range of limiteds dropping every month. The kind of brewery that doesn't need to shout because the beer does the talking.
Ekim Brewing — Hornsby, NSW Small batch, thoughtfully made, and seriously underrated. Ekim have been doing their thing up in Hornsby for years — great core range, quality ingredients, and the kind of independent spirit that makes them worth backing.

We're not your typical drinks agency. We're a small boutique operation that combines sales, marketing strategy, brand development and logistics under one roof — which means the brands we work with get proper attention across every part of their business, not just someone pushing cases.
We keep our portfolio deliberately small. Not because we can't handle more, but because every brand we take on deserves the full effort - strategy, storytelling, venue relationships, collaborations, and sustainable growth. That's hard to do when you're spread thin across twenty conflicting brands. So, we don't do that. No lengthy lock in contracts, if we don't add value, we can shake hands and go about our day, no stress.
How it works, we agree on a substantiable retainer that works for you and build targets and goals around that. No
We're selective. We work with independent brands that have something genuine to say and the product to back it up.
That said - we're always open to a conversation, particularly if you're in a complementary brand or category or bring something fresh to the portfolio. New categories, interesting products, brands with a real story - we'd love to hear from you.
